Our take on the popular Japanese curry blend. We have used turmeric as a base and combined it with coriander, ginger, garlic, black pepper and other spices to create a seasoning with amazing flavour. Use this seasoning to create an authentic Japanese Curry sauce or use as a dusting to flavour any dish.
Simply add during cooking or infuse your meat / veg during prep.
