Mulled Wine
This twist on the classic mulled wine is incredibly easy to make, and always SO cosy and delicious.
Makes enough for 6 servings
Ingredients

750ml bottle of red wine

4 tbsp caster sugar

2 tsp Peak Christmas Market Spice
Method

Put the wine, Christmas Market Spice and sugar into a large saucepan, on medium heat for 10 minutes.

Remove from the heat and allow to cool down.

When you’re ready to serve, heat without boiling and pour into your favourite festive mugs.
