Makes enough for 6 servings
- 750ml bottle of red wine
- 4 tbsp caster sugar
- 2 tsp Peak Christmas Market Spice
- Put the wine, Christmas Market Spice and sugar into a large saucepan, on medium heat for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and allow to cool down.
- When you’re ready to serve, heat without boiling and pour into your favourite festive mugs.
