Chakalaka – South African Chilli Blend.

Chakalaka is thought to have originated in the gold mines around Johannesburg. You can vary your Chakalaka by adding almost any vegetables you have to hand. Finely chop and grate your tomatoes, beans and vegetables, cook in a saucepan with a little water and add the Peak blend for an amazing relish. Our Chakalaka blend is also great on chicken, beef dishes and to flavour rice.
